With study rooms, a gym, a convenient shuttle service, and valet trash pickup, The Row makes college life both convenient and fun. Plus, the beautifully maintained landscaping adds to the welcoming atmosphere—bringing a touch of comfort to each day.

Negatives:

The hot tub is like that one friend who's always promising to show but bails last minute—yup, frequently closed. And you might find yourself being the grown-up more than you’d like, thanks to getting disciplined for things your rambunctious non-resident pals did.

Gamedays, while a blast, do mean your once-peaceful abode gets as much foot traffic as a frat house after a blowout win. And oh, that brewery next door that shut down? Heartbreak city. Being a tad far from campus can be a bit of a bummer, too, especially if you've got those early morning classes.

Oh, and in those 6-bedroom units, the kitchen table's placed like it's playing a game of hide and seek with convenience.
