Local Biz Spotlight: The Row at The Stadium

Comfort, Convenience, and Community at The Row

This week’s spotlight is The Row, my favorite place I’ve lived in Columbia. Let’s dive into why it stands out as a top choice for student living.

Looking for an inside look at one of Columbia’s most popular student apartments? The Row at The Stadium has become a top choice for Gamecocks seeking comfort, convenience, and community close to campus. Here’s why this spot has made an impression on so many USC students.

Positives:

Imagine unwinding by The Row’s pool or joining friends for a game on the sand volleyball court. For those who love to grill, the BBQ stations are perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors, soaking in Columbia’s warm nights.

Sports fans will love the view of the football stadium, close enough to hear the cheers during game days. With study rooms, a gym, a convenient shuttle service, and valet trash pickup, The Row makes college life both convenient and fun. Plus, the beautifully maintained landscaping adds to the welcoming atmosphere—bringing a touch of comfort to each day.

Negatives:

The hot tub is like that one friend who's always promising to show but bails last minute—yup, frequently closed. And you might find yourself being the grown-up more than you’d like, thanks to getting disciplined for things your rambunctious non-resident pals did.

Gamedays, while a blast, do mean your once-peaceful abode gets as much foot traffic as a frat house after a blowout win. And oh, that brewery next door that shut down? Heartbreak city. Being a tad far from campus can be a bit of a bummer, too, especially if you've got those early morning classes.

Oh, and in those 6-bedroom units, the kitchen table's placed like it's playing a game of hide and seek with convenience.

Would I recommend and who should come here:

As a senior who’s lived at The Row, I can confidently say it’s a great choice for students looking for a mix of quiet, convenience, and fun. The location offers a peaceful environment, ideal for those who value some downtime but still want easy access to campus and Game Day excitement. With affordable living, it’s a solid option for students on a budget, especially considering how costly Ubers can get on busy days. Plus, the shuttle service to campus makes it easier to get around, and maintenance is quick and reliable.

I would recommend The Row to students who want a convenient living space with a strong gameday experience. It’s ideal for those who appreciate some quiet time but also want to be close to the action when needed. With its affordable pricing, great amenities, and easy access to campus, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained place to live during their college years.
