Williams-Brice Stadium is Getting a Makeover—And It’s a Big One!

News! Williams-Brice Stadium is officially getting a glow-up! The renovations are moving forward after receiving state approvals, and USC has brought in the big guns for the redesign—Populous, the same firm behind projects for the Yankees, Chiefs, and even the Olympic Games. So yeah, we’re in good hands.

Phase 1 of the ‘reimagining’ project is set to begin soon, focusing on schematics and cost estimates. The initial upgrades will center on the West End grandstands, adding club seats and various-sized suites, while also improving the student experience on the North End. The plan includes creating 36 suites—double what we have now—because, fun fact, USC currently has the fewest in the entire SEC (we deserve better!). To make this happen, the West Stands at the 100 and 200 levels will be gutted and rebuilt with brand-new suites, club spaces, restrooms, and concessions.

The university will go for final approval on the full project scope and cost later in 2025. Fingers crossed they don’t touch the “Sandstorm” experience—because if they mess with that, we riot (respectfully, of course).

Longstreet Theatre Gets a Glow-Up—Just in Time for Its First Show!

Longstreet Theatre just got a little fancier! The iconic USC theater has unveiled brand-new seating, fresh carpeting, and improved lighting—just in time for its first post-renovation production, Mauritius. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s a comic thriller about high-stakes stamp collecting (yes, apparently that’s a thing!).

The show runs from Friday, Feb. 21 – Saturday, March 1, and tickets start at just $15 online. So, if you’re looking for a fun night out—maybe with a little artsy flex—grab a seat and check it out! Bonus points if you convince your parents to come and pretend they’ve always been into theater. 😉

Movie Night at USC: The Cockbuster Event You Don’t Want to Miss!
