Final Week of Classes! Gamecocks, the Finish Line is in Sight!

It’s officially the last week of classes, which means the finish line for the semester is in sight! Monday, April 28, is the last official day of classes, and after that, it’s all about final exams, last-minute study sessions, and the countdown to summer (or graduation for some of us 😅). Whether you’re a student pushing through those final assignments or a parent reminding your Gamecock to double-check their exam schedule, this is the home stretch.

For students, take a deep breath—you made it through another semester! Use this last week to tie up loose ends, ask professors any lingering questions, and get your study game plan ready. And for parents, this might be a good time to check in and remind your student that sleep and actual meals still exist, even during finals. Let’s finish strong, Gamecocks!

Kane Brown Takes Over Colonial Life – Don’t Miss It!

Kane Brown is bringing his High Road Tour to Colonial Life Arena on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM ! He’s rolling in with Mitchell Tenpenny and Ashley Cooke, so expect a full night of country hits, good vibes, and maybe a few surprise duets.​

This is a perfect excuse to take a break from the usual routine—whether you're a student needing a study break or a parent looking for a fun night out. Just remember, the arena has a clear bag policy, so leave the oversized totes at home. And no, sneaking in snacks in your boots probably won’t work. ​

Gamecock Baseball Takes on Auburn! Where to Watch This Friday

Gamecock baseball is hitting the road this Friday, April 25, at 6:00 PM, as South Carolina takes on Auburn in an SEC showdown. ⚾ If you can’t make the trip to Alabama, it’s the perfect night to kick back, tune in, and watch the boys battle it out on the road. Auburn is always a tough opponent, but if there’s one thing we know about Gamecock baseball, it’s that they show up when it matters—so expect some big plays and plenty of energy.

For students, this is your reminder to claim the best TV in your apartment before your roommates turn on some random reality show or head down to Village Idiot or your favorite spot in Five Points to catch the game with a crowd. And for parents, it’s a great excuse to check in and chat about something other than your student’s “meal plan” consisting of coffee and granola bars. Tune in and let’s hope for a big Gamecock win! 🐔
